Our inspection visits for up to 7 days cost 150 GBP* per person. The cost of the inspection trip covers the following;
- Accommodation at one of our houses for up to 7 nights
- Return flight from UK airport
- Transfer in Turkey
- Transport to view property, land or development in the Dalyan area
The aim of your inspection trip is to give you a chance to see our range of properties for yourself, meet our professional, friendly team in person and discuss your specific requirements with them. You also have the chance to meet some of the people who have already bought properties with us, and talk to them about their personal experiences. We have a comfortably-paced, informative (and totally pressure-free!) itinerary that we can run through with you on your first day. Despite giving you a comprehensive overview of the area and looking into options in detail, we also ensure you have time to unwind in Dalyan's uniquely relaxing atmosphere. Included in this is a guided orientation tour round the area showing you the favored areas for residential living, buy to let or holiday home. We will of course be on hand to provide you with any information about things to do, places to see and the rich historical and natural setting in which Dalyan is situated.
Your accommodation will be our latest Turkish House, Cinar Evi which was completed in May 2006, or one of our other recently finished homes. By staying at one of our houses you will be able to sample the quality and comfort of our unique buildings for yourself.
